Step 1. We customize packaging film structure based on required shelf-life, machinability and production process, as well as distribution and storage requirements.

Step 2. We help to determine precise package sizing by creating hand-made mock up samples.

Step 3. We perform on-site testing on production lines to test for film machinability, examine M/C Speed/Productivity and C.O.F. as well as seal temperature and integrity. We also recommend film structures for various production processes including boiling, pasteurization, retort, and RQF.

Step 4. We provide precise instructions for the manufacturing plants, including specifications on the pouch die-line, roll winding directions, eye-mark positions, and box marking.

At each step along the way, our engineers are there to make absolutely sure that the package our clients receive corresponds precisely to specifications.
