Flair's ACTIV8 absorbers are an active packaging solution that eliminates oxygen from inside the package, preventing oxidative degradation and preserving product quality throughout shelf life.

Ferrous, self-reacting sachets, ACTIV8 absorbers reduce headspace oxygen to <0.1% within 24~48 hours when paired with high barrier materials, and continuously absorb ingress oxygen over time.

100% PFA-free and made with food grade materials, ACTIV8 is suitable for most food and nonfood products with a water activity ≤ 0.9.

ACTIV8 spools are packed with oxygen indicators that use colorimetric chemistry to detect the presence of oxygen inside master bags. A visible color change provides a fast and reliable signal for users to assess whether absorption functionality remains intact.
